Welcome, fellow ADHDer!

I’d like to start by giving you a virtual high five for the great act of self-love you’ve committed by investing in learning about how your ADHD brain works best.

As a fellow ADHDer myself, I know that your time is as important as your focus is short, so I’ve cherry picked the topics that I think will give you the most bang for your time over the coming weeks. My goal is not to overload your brain with long lists of facts or biological concepts, but to put into practice simple structures that will have a positive impact on your quality of life and brain health.

We will use repetition. We will keep it simple. And above all else we will provide a safe and supportive space for each other to be our most authentic selves, judgement free! Because the more we are able to normalize and accept all the different parts of our big beautiful lightning brains, the more we are able to move with ease throughout the world and finally relax!

It is from this space that you will find more energy and time in the day.

Once you’ve completed your Onboarding Questionnaire, I’ll get you added to the group chat on WhatsApp. All communication will take place there between sessions. Our first live meetup is an intro day not counting towards our six weeks together. I’ll explain all the in’s and out’s of class then.
